Please alert me directly if there are any problems with the start times at iamsinht@gmail.com . Thanks.

About how long is the walk to the start on Saturday?

iansmith:
The start on Saturday is virtually adjacent to the parking lot, on the edge of the park - the walk is on the order of 200 meters from the registration tent and meet site.

The start on Sunday is 300 meters from the parking lot. Neither start has a significant amount of climb.

Whether it's just me or not, this (early Friday afternoon)seems like an unfortunate time for the start list to apparently not be accessible. The Google toolbar is telling me the link appears to be broken and that it doesn't have a cached copy.

I also cannot access the mountainweb server; for a quick fix (until this problem is resolved), I have posted the current start list here:

http://csu.attackpoint.com/ameet/starts.htm

Please note that I am processing some requested changes, so if you asked me to adjust your start time or class yesterday, it is not reflected in the start list yet. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

Are the results up somewhere?

The data has been sent to Ken Walker Jr; he will upload on attackpoint in short order. For those who simply cannot wait, I have a text file with the cumulative times (no splits) for all three stages; it is available here:

http://web.mit.edu/iansmith/Public/20090426Results...

Please note that there are some fixes the results crew did not get to yet - for instance the missing punch at control 211 on Sunday's orange course.

Thanks for the text file! Are you guys want to put up WinSplits? I was thinking of writing up a play-by-play analysis of the men's middle final for the US Team blog.

Thanks for getting the results out quickly.

BTW, the day 2 red splits didn't import properly to AP. Any fix?

I'm working on it; the problem is with the data. I'll send to Ken asap.
