| Bash: | Verily do I also suck at getting up early to train, yet I always feel wonderfully virtuous when I actually do. I wonder if it would work to establish a challenge, e.g.both of us (and anyone else with a similar problem) plan to train early one morning between Mon.-Thurs. every week, except where extenuating circumstances have been declared in advance. Whoever doesn't do it is a rotten egg - or perhaps we can think of a worse penalty - beyond the public shame of the entire AP world knowing that we have failed, which goes without saying. |

| dtdo: | You are what you eat, so Jon can never be an egg, rotten or good. Maybe he can be the mo(u)ldy bread. And I can volunteer to be the Mold Prevention Enforcement Officer. |

| Bash: | Thank you for the optional "u" in mouldy. Obviously you are a Canadian sympathizer. |

| jtorranc: | I'm not sure I want to formally give AP that much power. And why should I when I have an MPEO to render self-discipline superfluous :) |

| Bash: | Yeah, I know what you mean. I don't really want to get up early either. ;-) |
