I would like to suggest that your results will improve more reliably if you spend less time wondering how best to model your improvement and more time posting some actual training. What's your schedule like at 7am tomorrow?
You make a good point. Now that I have caught up on my modeling, I have to catch up on my sleep before resuming my training. Undoubtedly I will be conscious at 7 AM. Maybe Saturday?
I now have a very good idea why you never get enough sleep.
