Today I found the single slipperiest wooden bridge I have ever seen. I hope that is saying something. It was between 14 and 15 sort of directly left of the amphitheatre (as if you were sitting in it).

It's amazing how slippery this stuff can get.

My worst slippery wood object story involves a mountain bike, and the dreaded front tire slipping out, mild bleeding, bruising.

I really should invest in a pair of O' shoes with metal studs, as it should help more with traction in these slippery conditions.

Good thing I missed that bridge between 14 and 15, or I would've likely wiped out once more! I went thru the middle of that amphitheatre and into the green, then did an down and up the ditch. Guess I was taking the "straight line" approach a bit too literally there. :)
