Hi

I'm working at a summercamp in Monsey, NY this summer. It's quite close to harriman state park and I like to do some trainings there.

The only problem is that I don't have a car. So if anyone is going there to do some tranings and want some company, send me and email.

Hi Linus

It doesn't look like you're getting too much response. Have you looked into public transit? Coach USA/Short Line buses run up and down Hwy 17 on the west side of Harriman quite frequently. And Monsey seems to be close to Hwy 17 too. So depending on your schedule, perhaps you could take a bus back and forth.

Also there are lots of resources for NY City residents...but I doubt you'd want to go into to Manhattan to begin your trip.

Monsey is about 8 miles from the next orienteering map by bike or less if you run. HVO has several members within one or two miles from where you are. - I will contact you directly.
