What's the best way to report technical issues with this site? Should it be a topic here? Is there a support e-mail address that should be used? What have you found that works best?

Keep in mind that there isn't a "help desk," "support staff," "technical group," etc. There is just a "guy" who makes all this magic happen, pro bono I might add.

There is a 'development' link at the bottom of the page where you can enter feature requests. There's also a 'feedback' link on that page.

I think it's still the case that not everyone has access to the "development" link... it's like a super secret squirrel link.
