Pretty sure it's just a leg lift that you hold. V holds deginately suck, though.
Wait, really? The ones I saw on youtube that were holds were pretty extreme. I guess you could still do it, just not at such a crazy angle.
When i first started doing the EKs, I was confused about that as well. I asked the creator herself and she told me leg lift, much less extreme than a V Hold. The workout is extreme enough already, though.
Huh? What does "leg lift" mean? I'm thinking we need a full on tutorial video.
You lie on your back with legs extended then raise them 6 inches or so off the ground.

It's because it's just a hold. Or you do as many as you can in 1 min for like calf raises or something.
