Hammer:
A quick update (hype) for this year's NAOC. 4 days, 4 races.

"Priority Seating" for the middle and long distance
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The first 250 people to register for the North American Championships this autumn will get 'Priority Seating' at the finish line for the NAOC middle and long distance Championship at Rocky Ridge Ranch. Want more information? Well you will just have to show up on race day to find out. Register now.

Sprint at McMaster
-----------------------------
The map for the sprint race was completed last week and Ales from Olles mapping says that "it is a great place for a sprint race". Lots of route choice and a couple of traps and lots of direction change - oh yeah and a bit of woods for the elite men and women.

Wine at the Wine-O
-----------------------------
The weekend finishes with the Wine-O and you will have a great chance to go home with a bottle of Niagara wine. Wine for the winners and also several dozen bottles for draw prizes as well (fruit juice for junior categories). The Mount Nemo map was just completed and while it is a small area we have kept what former North American Champion Mark Adams calls "the best litlte bit of woods" for last. The race has an early start allowing people to get on the road early. The race is 40 minutes from Hamilton and Toronto International airports.
