Thru 10/29, Southwest is having a $25 / $50 / $75 fare sale for trips in January 2010, with eligible flights to San Diego (Anza Borrego meet) and Tucson (Saguaro training and Ironwood A-meet). Just FYI.

Does anyone know the event schedule of the Anza Borrego meet? The website just says January 15-18.

In previous years, it's been a Classic + Sprint on Saturday, a Classic + Maze-O on Sunday, and a Scavenger-O on Monday.

Will it be similar this year? If there's anything on the 15th, that's a Friday.

>Monday morning, Jan 18: "Borrego" (Goat format but called the "Big Horn Sheep") @12 km and 7 km divisions.

It's not an A-meet, just a 2-day B-meet. Same with the Anza-Borrego Desert O-fest. Just a lot of good, wholesome fun.
