Discussion: 143 o-races during 2004 season

A club member of mine, Frode Konst from Tyrving in Norway, is close to finishing an impressive 143 o-races in 17 countries during the 2004 season. This will be a new world record, we believe. To count as an event, it has to be on a national or an inter club event calendar. Frode knows that he cannot be the fastest orienteerer in Norway, and he chose to make a goal of doing most events during one season. He will finish his impressive achievement at the traditional New Year Eve event in Moss on Dec 31 (home page is http://ok-moss.no/ ).
