I just had my Uni Law Exam and the whole thing was about the legalities of Orienteering in Victoria.
no shit, im not kidding.
I just HAD to share that with the world.

short answer no.
the Orienteering Act 1968 s87AAB(iii) expressly states that anyone found orienteering in Australia will be immediately apprenhended and subject to 100 lashes.

Fred Pilon once got busted for reading a map while driving and took it to court. He got off by explaining to the judge that he was an experienced orienteer and could do stuff like that safely.

i think shep is the most 'criminal' orienteer in australia, remember the goulbourn incident??
also maybe some of the older orienteers(dave lotty), wear some pretty criminal clothing
