Discussion: Orienteering in Cape Town?

I will be visiting Cape Town in South Africa i March next year. I am staying there for a couple of days and it would be fun to do a orienteering session there during my stay.

Does anybody of you know anything about maps and orienteering clubs in Cape Town? I think I have found one club from the area, Peninsula Orienteering Club.

PenOC is the only club in Cape Town. They've published provisional dates for 2010 on their website - looks like its short course events in March.
The Western Cape Champs are usually worth travelling to, but they are in April.
The other clubs are based in Johannesburg: ROC and RACO
