Yea, over 40s (masters) record for 800meter. I don't know what it is. He's going to give the over 50s 800 meter a crack in a year or two.

He had it in the 800m.... thats not to say that 3:55 for 1,500 is shabby :P

Colm broke the World Record for M40 800m in 2001 with 1:50.69, and is still third on the all time list:
