Let me know how. You usually only get "fired" from a job or something you get paied for.

Remember that your goalie is likely playing ringette for the same reasons you are: to have fun, be with friends, learn something new, get active, etc.

How would you feel if your team asked you to not come out anymore?

Mind you.....I do not know your goalie and whether or not she is a good teammate or is as dedicated as the rest of your team?

well were trying to find a way how to do it. yes i know it's mean and rude, but it's not fun anymore. no one thinks it is....except her.
she comes to the practises and stuff, but when we try to help her she laughs and it goes over her head. the guy who came to help her went to my coach and complained that she wasn't trying. like c'mon!
but seriously, you wouldn't know how bad she is and how much of a disapointment is it to lose every single game. you wanna find out? ask me for my schedule and you can come see. i'm not even kidding
