Saturday and then die on Sunday.

I had been injured and was not sure how well I would race. Plus I thought you knew from the schedule. You might consider the Burke Lake 12k 3/13. It is mostly on a wide trail instead of a bike path.

I used to run a Burke Lake quite often. My high school County, District and Regional meets were held there. If it doesn't conflict with stuff, I may go. I do have a week of travel to New Orleans for work one or two weeks before.

So you will be out of shape and vulnerable? then you should definately come. For some reason this is usually one of my best races of the year, although only relative to the rest of my races. This does not seem to be the year for another 48.
