Okay. you are ready for the next step.
You are going to do bit by bit like you did before BUT this time you are not going to clench. Just use your breathing and concentrate on feeling your muscles relaxing. Deep breath in, feel your shoulders dropping with the exhale, etc.

Continue doing the C&R once a week for maintenance.
