That's my regular run now, often with Jacko. I usually join the trail at around your 11k mark, down to Hester and back. It's a really nice run in the very early morning or in the evening (or night with headlights) but I haven't done it in the middle of the day yet.
Hopefully with a bit more rain the softer bits will improve, some trail bikes have recently dug some of it up a bit.

Yeah - it looked like it saw more trail bikes than walkers. Not surprised I didn't get that name... I started to read it on the way past the sign, but had already past it before I got halfway (slow reader :) ) and didn't bother going back to look.

Probably would have enjoyed it more if I knew exactly where I was and how long it was going to take me to finish the run. Always a little apprehensive on an unknown loop when you're not feeling that flash.

Do you know what the point of the trail is? It doesn't really go anywhere...

It goes from Burns Beach Rd up to Yanchep. We quite often ride the section between Burns Beach and Hester (Limestone and wide all the way). The bit you ran on today is good for running, but from Romeo Rd north up a short way past Pipididdy Rd it is crap. Basically just like a fire break along fences. I haven't checked out the Yanchep end yet.

Ah - OK - I didn't see it going north of Romeo Rd, (not that I looked that way) and also didn't know it crossed Hester. Will have to look it up
