Pop your overall time into the results list for this event on AP. Helps everyone keep the ranking points thing working more effectively. Jen's going to as well. Lack of splits doesn't matter. Wally might even do it one day too.

I've put my RG up too. Amazed I was actually on the 'track' going to 4 before taking the long way round. Must have cost me 15 mins I reckon.

Jacko can you download into Sportstracks and do the guesstimate thing with your splits?

I tried sports tracks once but it didn't seem to work well on my mac. I have just been using the garmin web site. Don't think my splits would be to important anyway.

You can use Garmin connect to do the same thing. Just display the activity and choose the "player" option on the top left. Then just click on the map where the control was and your time is displayed in the panel below the map image.

Only stuff written for PC doesn't work well on Mac. Nothing works well on a PC..:-p

I have worked out my splits but they won't add up as I had the auto pause on so it gives me a time of just over 2 hours rather than the 2.27 time I actually got.

Sprtstacks will show you the pause time in the little blue boxes on the route. Or guess it, it doesn't really matter all that much - you'll be so much smoother next time anyway!

I hope your right. I hope to have ironed out a lot of little things that didn't go well by the next event. Then I can hopefully ride hard and still keep up with the nav. fingers crossed

Shame the OAWA results on the OA website don't go back past 2008 otherwise you could follow my gradual improvement in results for MTBO. I think I started around 2005 and didn't even crack a podium finish until I won the Turner Hill event in 2008, funnily enough under an(other) injury cloud.

Yeh I am sure I will get more competitive, will help when I ride harder!

I have put my splits in now, estimates but should be pretty close.
