* There will be no water on the Middle distance courses. However, we'll have some water at the start and finish. Please bring your own supply in case it gets warm by the time you start.
* If your speed is slower than 15min/km we suggest carrying your own water on the course if the weather is above 75° F (24° C).

Main entrance gates will be closed on May 16th. Use alternative routes:
* 1. Use Exit #14 from Palisades Interstate Pkwy and turn left onto Gate Hill Coop Rd., continue on County Road 98 and then Roakland County 106 (Gate Hill Rd.) till entrance to the Lake Welch.
* 2. From Seven Lakes Drive take Lake Welch Pkwy, then turn right onto Johnsontown Rd., turn left onto Gate Hill Rd. and turn right onto Lake Welch.
