Get rid of the saddle bag thing......
Carry a really small camelback and put it in there, or rear zip pocket......
I carry just two allen keys, a mech hanger, spare powerlink and a chain splitter.
Plus small plastic pump and a lightweight tube

No that was this blond! Same saddle bag....should have learnt my lesson by now! I shall go shopping and get a replacement or equivalent stuff - may replace saddle bag with one with a zip - or use pockets!
