I'm looking to get a pair of X-talon 212s and was wondering if any retailers were going to be selling shoes this weekend at the races? thanks!

Unfortunately, I'm not aware of anyone selling O gear this weekend. I wish they were.

Suzanne, I'm in Seattle and there is a local store that carries them. If you know your size I can pick up a pair for you from them:
Here is the link to the store website: http://store.mpgear.com/search.aspx?find=x+talon+2...

And how to contact them:

Email me if you are interested. I leave tomorrow for Cranbrook though.

If you can't work it out with Nikolay, you can get them shipped quickly from Zappos.

You can also order them on Amazon, though it helps to know your size in advance. The Amazon listing describes the shoes as "Men's X-talon 212." My understanding is that the shoes are unisex. I suppose that the naming is to indicate that the sizes are calibrated to the US men's scale.

From my experience, the sizes are consistent with regular shoes. I wear US size 12, and have tried X-talon sizes 11.5 and 12. Size 12 fit perfectly, and 11.5 was quite snug. Your results may vary.
