Discussion: Trail work

I would advise changing the name of this workout to trail work....makes it sound a little better I think

ok! I had to put this one as my workout just because that is what pauli said my work out was other wise i would have never put it on!!!

I just want to point out a few things that will make the log look a lot cleaner.

1. Capitalize the activities. Such as Run, or Strength. It looks better that way.
2. Change pole walk to Ski Walk, call it by its right name ;)
3. Shorten run and walk to Run/Walk, again, looks cleaner in the long run.

Otherwise it looks great!

There is nothing wrong with Polewalk.. And I would in fact argue that 'polewalk' IS the correct term

not according to Pauli ;) lol
