How many girls do you have for a Nomads team? We look like having one spare Arrow (probably me) so could make up a composite team if you don't have 3 runners?

Ummm, me. I could probably talk Anthea into running 21's. I would like to still run 21's so a composite team would be fun. I will let our relay co-ordinator know and suggest it.
