Given that this is already posted at 10 AM, when is a "late morning run?" Alternatively, when is an early morning run?

Late morning run means "I'm definitely not going to be in the lab until after 10.30 (although mostly because Rob is still in bed when I get back), but who cares as I've worked at least 2 hours over every day thus far this week and I think the grant deadline is now tonight so things are likely to get worse," whereas an early run still gets me into work at a vaguely respectable time.

Isn't the English language wonderful, how you can express so much with just three words.
