First Day back from being under the weather.
It was a nice Seattle day, no rain, but it was really windy by the water, choppy choppy water.
I found the run to be invigorating and just what I needed to get me motivated to run as Mr. Winter fast approaches. I will need this as my running partner Josh has up and moved to Canada.
