Why? So you can see it better in winter?

Yes, that and we went out for a night hike and I knew it was going to snow. As it turns out, we didn't flag it well enough for snow AND dark. It was a challenge in some spots to see where we had to go. Guess I'll go back this week and add some more.
Last winter Larry and I went there for a snowshoe and lost the trail as well.
