Winning the Trot for the second time has got to be a nice finish to a very active season. Congratulations.

They have a funny photo posted of you accepting your "award." YaYa looks like she's saying "...oh Daddy! Is that why you do this sport?"

Technically, you are correct about multiple (overall) PT winners. But to be fair, you should also give props to Sharon Crawford, Anna Shafer-Skelton and Cristina Luis, who are also multiple winners. Still very good company :)

Indeed, very chauvanistic of me. And, as you point out, they only add prestige to the set.

As for the season, it's not over yet. I have to hold my body together for one more week. After Pere Marquette, there will be some down time for sure.

I've never been close to PT's stuffed possum. Looks like YaYa is too close.

Well speaking of chauvinistic treatment...why does the winning man get an ugly brown possum, while the winning woman gets a cute white possum?

And I'd guess YaYa would have been a little more enthusiastic about bringing Cristina's award home too.

Actually, I was given the choice and I deferred to Yaya who picked the brown one.
