How's our little sister doing in indoor? Does she know if she is doing sprinting or long distance yet?

She is doing distance, and I think she wants to do either the 600 or the 1000. So far she is doing good, only has had a few aches, but she hasnt raced yet. The race this week didnt count for anything and it was just relays, so the whole team didnt go.
