i won a complete start at the Fjord-o Arctic – Midnattsolgaloppen 2011. this is unfortunately the time where i will have some exams..

If I were to choose "exotic" event in 2011, I'd pick this one. Just* as far north, but with more ice.

*The Norwegian map is at 69.3 degrees N, the Greenlandic ones at around 69.2 degrees N.

Greenland may be a more unusual place, but by many of the criteria that we usually use to evaluate the quality of an O meet, the Norwegian one probably has a significant advantage. (I expect either one would be a great trip, I wish I could go.)
