...and you didn't even bother to stop by to say hello!

Tougher than I am...didn't feel like skiing - went running instead!

with a bunch of people and they wanted to jet out early right after. Sorry dude - next time for sure. I seem to live up in Canmore these days on my free time anyways. Dicey road conditions to and from today with the snow, whack load of accidents.

Picked up a couple of skis from Heidi. 0.8 residual. Will have to test them and see.

Running starts up again soon for me. Got Diez Vista 50K in a few months and possibly another one even sooner! Going to be a painful new year with all this running business i have planned.

Just razzin' ya...I know the situation all too well!

Glad you connected with Heidi - Let me know how the skis go...

I ran 1.5hrs yesterday and my legs are feeling it today. Might hook up with the Marathon Quest guy tomorrow...not for the full deal, but for parts of it. He's running his last marathon #250! crazy. Let me know if you want to bruise your legs on pavement...

Where is this dude running tomorrow?

Tried out one pair today and it seemed to work quite well. Got the wax right that's for sure - can't go wrong with a green on a day like today. Tested the second pair briefly which seem very similar before my hands almost froze off so aborted that mission a km or two in. Its freakin cold out there...I think the temp dropped during the day.

Good test today and so far so good - strange since I was having trouble with the stix that you lent me which have a bit more flex. Wondering if I was just doing a crappy waxing job in Silverstar with the varying conditions with all the new snow flying/warmer temp.
