I have some experience with back problems and I have learned the only thing that works: get up and use it. It may be painful to move, but if you rest it you are only delaying the recovery. You can even stretch through the pain. Bed is the worst.

This was different than anything I had ever felt before, so I was mainly trying to get to a place where I could just have it checked by my DO. I can see theoretically how you are right.

Bed rest is relative also...super discouraged. I went for a walk to see if I could walk a course tomorrow. Not very promising. Our trip to GA could also be in jeopardy. Thanks for the encoragement!
