How many did you do? Glad to see you got the workout in. It is a killer but it will really help.
Thank you......I am really not sure...I wasn't sure how many I needed to do.....I think you told me to do 8 on and 8 off but I did a few more than that. Should I have maybe put more intensity into it, if I had energy to do more than 8?
You just up the number of reps. If you can do more than twelve then you should be doing them faster. Just do them fast enough so that you are tired after to the point that it takes you the first part of the minute off to recover and slow enough that you are ready to go by the end of the rest minute. Go by feel.
