fancy a running buddy over the next few weeks?? This is just the sort of thing I should be doing for marathon training.
Yeah sounds good, as long as you're happy with the very slow pace. I've been trying to extend it by about a mile a week. Was thinking of heading out on Thursday this week, does that work for you?
I'm probably going to do the Hampstead Street-O this Thurs then run next Tuesday (half marathon on Sunday 6th, eek) but definitely join you sometime soon.
Cool I'm away skiing 5th to 11th Feb (then doing a 10k on the 12th!, possibly very foolish) so we'll have to plan something for the week after, enjoy the half :)
It should be fine. My marathon training seems to involve a week and a half snowboarding which I'm not sure is the best preparation.
