Don't forget you've got pretty fresh legs this week, and we'll be hitting the volume again next week.

Maybe take it up for the last 30mins of Monday if you feel good, I'd keep it the same for Wednesday, as that's meant to be an easy day..Thursday is your "push the pace" day anyway. Take it up for the 2nd half of Thursday if you feel ok. No on Sunday, but add 15mins on the end if you finish feeling strong,

Did you get your Garmin in the end? Does it have an heart rate monitor?
