If you need to back off the mileage for your knee I would recommend doing that. Also, ice. haha, you knew I was going to say that. Your body will most likely bother you as you start to gain mileage. As long as you listen when it tells you to back off it will fix itself.
we will see, I think there was just a lot of hard surface last week. i am just so frustrated by the whole breaking in your body process. Hopefully it will be good today :)
