I am looking to leave my place at about 5.30, already giving Pete James a lift from my place. I will be coming from the MTBO event in Bracknell so just passing though at home.

Is there anywhere suitable nearby for someone who's bad at parking to leave his overly large car?

Yes you can park it in the turning area at the end of the road no problem. Alternativly you can leave it on my drive once I have the van out but that may test your reversing skills getting back out.
