3 workouts on the cleanse? how ya feeling?
i am totally intrigued by trying it now... 3 days seems manageable.
I'm off it today, got some calories back in my body. For some extra protein and calories I eat some cashews. I also order a few extra of the shred bottles. Working out was hard I was down about 60 watts on my computrainer, after a 4,000 swim I was craving all kinds of food, but days 2 and 3 get better. I think day 1 is the hardest
