Just hard to admit I let it slide. I was after a total mileage goal in 2010 and had to spend the last 6 weeks with a strong emphasis on cycling just to hit it. That training pattern unfortunately followed me into the new year!
btw, rolling out your feet on a golf ball can do wonders for your heel pain. I do this at work but have an office job.
Yeah, I use a tennis ball and foam roller, but I may be past that point and need an Active Release Therapy session to jump start the "loosening" process.
