Good work on updating the training log! I find it useful to quantify certain aspects of the training as this lets me track how the body is holding up. For example, I try to give each session an RPE (how hard it was out of 10) and rate my muscle soreness (out of 10). Also, you might fidn it useful to add it the particulars of any recovery work you do as this will allow you to track how your body responds to certain recovery methods.
