As somebody with as much arm strength as your typical grass-snake, what's an easy tricep dip? I can normally do about a dozen and then suddenly stop because my arms have stopped functioning. It's a good thing there aren't tricep-dip endurance events because I'd be pants.
If you bend your knees and keep your bum close to whatever you're doing the dips off then you can add in a bit of support with your legs. Basically from the position we're in here
