roschi: yep what is it? mine is 52-55 in bed right before getting up, translating to your 20-40% lower heart rate at excersizing compared to me you should have a heart rate between 30-40 :)

ebone: For morning, something in the 40's. Once in a great while, it dips down into the 30's. The lowest I've measured is 36, a few times upon waking and once earlier this year during the Big Muddy Rogaine (8-hour), when I ran myself sick and probably didn't take enough electrolytes. This morning, my HR was 44.
