If i'm doing the math right those are 93 second quarters? 1 minute rest? That workout sounds ridiculously hard all by itself...and then to run ten and do it again seems harder than a race, but then maybe thats the idea. Is it marathon targeted ?
94 second 400's, quarters are 95. My tempo pace is 6:20/mile these days. 1250's used to be exactly 5:00 of tempo for me, but I seem to have dropped that pace a few clicks. It's a tough workout. Daniels has three similar workouts, one in each phase of the marathon program. I didn't do the first one, because it was jettisoned in leiu of Psycho Wyco. The other was about a month ago. I did that one on the track.
