What a great week of riding you had. I haven't found my cycling legs yet this year so it is a bit discouraging. I would love to do a trip like that sometime. We'll see you in a couple of weeks. My Mom is bringing Weeanimal and we are staying for the weekend, should be fun.

That may be, but I have followed your log and you are doing plenty, especially the running. The trip was great! I was a bit nervous because most of them are pretty hardcore. But it always pays to train with those that are better than you.
Nice that your mom can come to look after Weeanimal. I bet she's grown lots since I last saw her. See you in Huntsville!
