I presume, childcare will be inter-parent arranged, so I thought I'd post here to see what other parents are planning, esp. for the Billygoat Sunday when most adults will be gone for a while.

For us, AJ & Oriana (and their parents) are almost comfortable with them just playing while they wait around for us - esp. if the start/finish area is not on the side of a busy road, and/or there is at least one other known adult milling around (e.g. a start/finish/registration organizer) ICE, and esp. if there are other kids of similar age around to keep each other entertained. Other non-running parents around would of course makes things even easier - both for our kids and the other parents too as the kids can then entertain each other.

So which other parents/kids are coming? It looks like Max may be coming (if Nadim is...?) Others?

Yes, Max will be there (along with Nadim & me). The Merkas may come as well, in which case Alex (age 7) will also be around. The Lennons are planning to run; I need to find out if their kids ("Big" Max, 13, and Nicole, 10) will be there. If so, probably we'll let the kids hang out together. Big Max is pretty responsible.
There is another possibility as well, but I'll leave it off the public forum.
