you've done what sounds like a really thorough job for these races, I really can't wait to try them out! (and possibly do them justice, although the way these things go, it'll be more like wandering around scratching my head and hoping to run into one of those little orange-and-white things). Hopefully all that activity isn't what's killing you, sounds like you're not quite ready to return to exercising just yet... will you be making a guest appearance at the billygoat this weekend to judge the style competition?

Alex! After my training camp you will not be doing that! The Blue Mountain map is lovely and I think it will make sense.

I should also add you will not be doing that this Saturday either :P It is fully encouraged on Sunday though where I am worried you will kick my ass up the hills :)
