Yes...had another ART session today and he feels we are really honing in on the areas/issues and is confident I'll be ready. Not traditional ITBS...muscle inbalances and siatic junk + "overtraining/racing" mileage. LBL wasn't particularly hard cardiovaculary as my team was slower than I'd hoped, but the big trek/run (plus I stepped in a hole) aggrevated my quad heavy legs. Not at 100%, but the trend is upward! I'm going to see Dr. twice next week as well and then regularly/as necessary through RTNX...speaking of which, we probably need to have another call soon.

I was thinking of that as well but where T.Rex is gearing up / concentrating on APEX perhaps afterwards may be better? Or have one with just the three of us now and have another when she gets back? Thoughts anyone?

I don't mind if you guys have one and keep me posted. However, here is my schedule. I leave for D.C. on Wed May 18 and then from there to Europe Friday May 20th -- I get back to Canada on June 2.
