unfit, or tired ?
I was trying to decide that. I think a combo of both. I was running okay on the flats and the tracks, the difference was less apparent there. I still had energy to run at the end, though my navigation brain was definitely struggling a bit. I've always been a bit of a pansy downhill. But the ups were tough, and I'm definitely not as strong in terrain as these girls. So yup, bit of both I think.
So, I'm on week 4 of the 10km plan. What kind of intervals are you thinking?
I know that in my case, when I'm super tired, I can still move relatively well on flats and downhills, but I can't go uphill because my legs are just pooped. But you know you best. Thanks again for the run! =)
Gutted you didn't feel great, I'm with Kitch on the tiredness. It sounds like on your Thurs and Fri sessions you were so busy enjoying the weather that you probably didn't notice the effort you put in. Hope you get your energy back this week
