Could you guys let me know two things:
1) Who's planning on coming to train on Saturday?
2) If you're training on Saturday, are you doing the rest of the week?
I say this as at the moment I'm not sure anyone is doing both, in which case I may move the Saturday training to Ansonia to save myself some work. Accommodation obviously available at my house.
If making this change would really screw up anyone's plans, please let me know, and I'll stick to the original one.

Not there Saturday, but hopefully there for the early part of the week. Will keep you posted.

no and hopefully yes - I'm still trying to sort out transportation from Ottawa and friends who don't yet know availability... grr :p

Okay, this is looking like a switch to Ansonia for the Saturday then. But please let me know if that causes problems for anyone who hasn't responded yet.

Yus, we are settled on Ansonia. AliC and I will be hanging streamers from around 9.30 - how does 11 sound? One of the exercises can certainly be started earlier than that - it doesn't require streamers but it does require groups of at least 2 - more is better.

Andrew and I will be coming and it's a bit of a drive but we will plan to be there by 11:00. Will it be obvious where to meet (nature center parking lot)? I think the basic directions are on the WCOC web site.
Also, I will be willing to hang/pick-up markers instead of doing the training but we probably won't be there much before 11:00

Nature Centre Car park is where it's all at!
Thanks for the offer of helping to hang and pick up, but I think we'll manage. AliC and I will hang earlier on, and we'll be leaving the streamers out for the other guys to train on Tuesday. Glad you two can make it!
