I notice Adam had a 12 minute split on number 2, which should have been an easy 100+ meters from 1. 2-3 looks almost trivial on the map, but the trails disappear as you get close to the long clearing, and if you don't know to trust that part of the map (and not the trails), you'll have trouble.
That was my fault, not the map's fault. I had the map turned 180 degrees the wrong way, so I thought it was before the clearing, not after. I ended up following the creek all the way back to #1.

I mistyped that. That's what happens when you don't look at the map when you type your comments...

It should say 150+m, and 1-2 looks almost trivial on the map. I fixed it in the main log, too.

It is trivial, on the map and in real life. I had my map oriented with the north to the south, and the south to the north, so I thought the creek/control was before the clearing. It wasn't the map's fault.

Hey, great course! It is one of my favorite. Very challenging!
