You're clearly getting in to the gym Christine! Interesting program - seems varied. Did you have fun trying to describe the exercises in words - it's challenging isn't it?
Yes, I realised that for the cycling and swimming I really need more core and upper body strength so I thought I'd do a bit of a 'base' period with lower intensity and some gym work. I bought a book called 'Strength Training for Triathletes' which has suggestions for exercises based on specific weaknesses and some really useful info on how to plan a routine. Describing the exercises is indeed really hard, I'm glad there were pictures in the book otherwise I wouldn't have had a clue how to do some of them!
